Collar Half-sleeves

Our Collar Half Sleeves (Polos) are the perfect blend of Corporate Uniform Consistency & Branded Polo Style. The pattern features a three-button front placket and side slits at the hem for ease over the hips, improved mobility, and reduced seam stress. A sturdy cotton collar and cuffs are produced on our knitting and flat-knit machines to hold shape without relying on stiff interlinings. Button-attaching and bar-tack operations support secure fastening and durability for high-usage uniforms and retail items.

Sizes span XXS to 5XL to simplify team and retail assortments: Chest 34–52 inches, Length 24.5–33.5 inches, Sleeve Length 5.5–10.5 inches, Shoulder Width 14–23 inches. Detailed size grading helps plan fits across regions and demographics. Customizations such as sizing tweaks, placket details, collar and cuff constructions, and branding through print or embroidery can be done. Quality assurance is applied at multiple stages to control fit, finish, and repeatability. As for all products, please allow a 0.5 inch stitching tolerance for all products.
