How does your Custom Manufacturing Model Work?

We are a vertically integrated manufacturing unit, straight from Knitting to Garment Finishing. We keep ready fabrics in stock to speed up timelines and also reduce quantities on some staple garments, basic garment orders in ready fabrics start from 400-600 PCs Per Order in which you can mix colours and sizes. However, for orders with custom patterns, screen prints, embroidery or custom fabrics MOQs typically range from 800-1000 PCs Per Style, sizes can be mixed. Pricing for each order in custom manufacturing is calculated on an order basis and the website pricing can be a rough estimation but can vary greatly due to yarn price fluctuations.

How does your Wholesale model work?

We keep around 30,000-50,000 PCs of ready garments across various patterns & fabric combinations ranging from Kidswear to Adult Wear both in basics and designed garments. These can be ordered directly on our website but can not be customized in any manner. Stock is updated on the website itself and can be checked via our chatbots or by logging in. You can only order the sizes available, the same is dispatched same day from order date in most cases. Prices for the same are volume based and reflected on the website. All products on our website are while-label.

How to check what is in-stock & what is not for ready products & fabrics?

Our website is always synced with our stock. If a fabric goes out of stock, it is no longer visible on the website. For apparel, you need to login with your number and order products, if you can add the products to your cart and place the order, that means they are in-stock. You can also ask our chatbot for stock status without logging in.

How is it that your capacity is 1000+ Garments daily, but lead time for custom garments is 25-45 Days?

Production of apparel goes through many hands, from cutting to lockstitch, flatlock, screen, embroidery, packaging & checking. Each size, colour & design combination or each party has different needs & they are all scheduled in our factory, proper documentation for standards on each need to be made, planned & communicated. Since we are always running & taking orders, while production itself does not take time, the scheduling of it into our lines does.

What kind of orders to you prefer? What are your specialties?

We prefer orders in any quantity from our ready stock collection. In cases of made to order manufacturing (custom screen printing, pattern making, embroidery etc) a quantity between 800-1000 PCs Per Design is most efficient for timely production as we can dedicate entire lines for the same.

Do you offer private labelling? Can I customize ready stock?

Yes, we only provide white-label blanks or private labelling on apparel. We do not have a retail brand, our site sells blanks which can be customized with your tags, labels & other branding subject to their MOQs [200-300 PCs Per Order for customizing ready stock]. There are no brand markers on the products so you can customize & brand the blanks purchased from us too.

How does pricing work for ready stock? Can I mix colours, sizes and different items to get the quantity rate?

We operate on two models. For wholesale orders, pricing is volume based and can be seen on the website. While going for custom manufacturing, all pricing is calculated on an order basis and the website prices can have variations due to yarn pricing and seasonal pressures.

If I want to collect ready stock, which location do I visit?

All our ready stock garments are kept in our office, our Factory stores fabrics, yarns & work in progress goods. So if you want to visit & collect ready garments, you can visit our sales office. Please note, you can check stock on our website and place orders to ensure you get what you are looking for. We keep updated stock lists on our website at all times. For any custom products, they take 5-11 Days & can be picked up from our factory or you can always request paid deliveries.

Can I order products for personal use on your site?

We are not surprised, but honoured that you would want to. However, please note that we aren't a clothing brand, we do not offer returns for sizing, Cash on Delivery, any discounts, there are no tags, labels & the packaging is bland & generic. That said, the product quality would be good and match all specifications but we would still recommend you not to as we much rather have you buy products from our customers, actual clothing brands. However, in case you would still want to, you can signup on our site as a Consumer, select your products & confirm the order. We will send you the final invoice via email or whatsapp & after payment dispatch your products.

What are your policies on returns, defects & other edge cases?

We have multiple systems that reduce the possibilities of defects including multiple approval stages. For samples, there are no returns whatsoever but for orders, we provide strong guarantees including returns subject to our terms. Read the terms carefully for the same.

Do you provide print on demand or dropshipping?

No, we do not. While there is no minimum quantity per order for ready products, we won't custom print those. Printing has MOQs typically between 400-1000 PCs Per Design for custom manufacturing

What are your lead times? How many days from order to my warehouse?

Lead times vary depending on the product, the order quantity, the level of customization and the current load on our production lines. Individual product pages display estimated timelines for those specific items. All lead times refer to dispatch time, meaning the number of days we need to produce and prepare your order for courier pickup. Delivery duration is separate and depends on the logistics partner. Within India, surface shipments generally take 5 to 8 days to reach your warehouse, and international air shipments typically arrive in 5 to 11 days.

Where are you located & where can I get goods delivered?

We are based out of Kolkata, India. Our office & factory are both in West Bengal & we do not have offices anywhere else. We might have distributors in some regions & do occasionally take part in exhibitions in other cities to showcase our products. What are your price ranges?

Different products have different prices which varies on the material, shade and quantity purchased. You can see fabric pricing on the fabric page, product pricing on each of the product pages (it is in the black button called "View Pricing & Availability", where you also need to select your quantity). You can calculate rough estimates of DTF Printing, Embroidery & Screen Printing costs from the calculators on the services page. If there is a particular quantity range, product or service for which pricing is not available on the site, you can contact our sales team to calculate costs on the same.

Do you offer samples & swatch books?

Yes, you can order all products in ready stock as samples, even a single unit. We can also make custom fittings, fabrics & designs (prints, embroideries & more) for you as per your needs. Please go through the samples guide page for more data on that. We can also send swatchbooks & fabric cuttings for your testing and other needs, for that contact our sales team.

What are your MOQs?

We primarily operate on twomodels and each has their own specific minimum quantities. We keep a large quantity of garments ready at our office, they can be purchased directly on our website and have no minimum quantities but also no scope of customization, ask about our wholesale model for details on that.
