We do not allow any returns, refunds or COD for samples, either in domestic or international. However, a portion of sample charges can be adjusted against orders. Samples are for customers to check quality, fit & colour of the products, this is not a retail service.
We have more than 50,000 PCs of ready products in different fabrics, fits, sizes, colours & designs such as Tie & Dye, Screen Prints, Embroidery & more. You can order as many as you want, as samples, to test the quality and fit before placing a bulk order.
You can signup on our site to place the order directly or contact our sales team. All sample orders are pre-paid and no COD facility exists.

We will review the design and comment on the feasibility and costs of the sample. Custom sampling charges can range anywhere between ₹5000 to ₹25000 depending on the complexity of the design. However, a portion of it can be adjusted against the bulk order.
Once costing & basic design details are approved, we will proceed with sample production. We will send you the sample for approval and once approved, we will proceed with the bulk order.
