The Oversized Sleeveless T-Shirts pattern is a unisex, streetwear-oriented knit block graded XS–XL on the same ease profile as our oversized T-shirt. The shoulder is intentionally extended so the cut edge sits just above the shoulder point, creating a clean, sleeveless cutoff with a slight cap effect without a set-in sleeve. Armholes are drafted larger than regular tees to maintain ventilation and mobility while preserving the oversized chest and shoulder proportions. The neckline is a standard crew; finishing options include a cotton-lycra rib neckband (when available) or a self-fabric turn-and-cover finish.
When rib is used, neckbands are controlled via rib cutting and roll machines for stable circumference and consistent recovery. Primary assembly is planned with 4-thread overlock for elastic seams on knit substrates. Hem and armhole openings are finished either by coverstitch for a flat, stretchable edge or by flatlock where a flush, low-profile seam is required to reduce bulk (“no bumps”) against the skin. Grading maintains shoulder width increments to preserve the drop effect across sizes, with balanced neck drop and armhole depth to avoid gaping. Cutting follows plotted performas with layered manual cutting to hold consistent shoulder extensions and armhole geometry. Fit guidance: select by chest; pattern is intended to sit relaxed through chest and shoulder with a visible shoulder drop and slightly enlarged armhole opening.
