Construction prioritizes a smooth, non-bumpy interior and exterior at contact areas. Flatlock with autocut is applied where specified to trim excess and produce flat seams along side seams and around the neckline attachment, improving wear comfort and appearance. CAD-based pattern development with manual cutting ensures repeatable armhole symmetry and neck opening control; rib cutting and roll machines are leveraged to maintain consistent 0.5 inch self-band width and circumference. This pattern is optimized for lightweight knits; pattern tolerances and feed are set to prevent edge wavy distortion at the neck band during assembly. Adjustments for program-specific lengths or ease can be executed while preserving the base slim grading logic.
