Key size endpoints show half-chest widths of 20 cm (2Y3) up to 36 cm (10Y11) with corresponding body lengths from 15 to 23 cm and sleeve lengths 5.5–7 cm, indicating a close, age‑appropriate fit progression. Construction emphasis is on neckline stability and collar assembly appropriate for a collared knit top: collar shaping and neckband control are primary to preserve intended neckline geometry across the size range. Hem finishing and shoulder seams are planned to ensure dimensional consistency through laundering and play wear. Pattern drafting and grading are produced using CAD-supported cutting and pattern-making workflows to maintain proportional scaling across all nine grades and to generate plotted cutting files for layered cutting. Assembly recommendations align with common knit top practice: use overlock/flatlock for body seams and lockstitch at collar and hem joins to uphold clean, durable joins on small garments. The performa is currently used by 27 production items (11 live on storefront), and the provided size chart should be used as the source of truth for sampling and production.
