Assembly uses our Japanese Juki and Konsai lines with process-specific setups: 4- or 5-thread overlock for secure side and shoulder seams, lockstitch for clean topstitching, and coverstitching for hems that lie flat and move with the knit. Continuous in-line checks catch issues early, while end-to-end control of yarn sourcing, knitting, dyeing, and washing supports shade continuity so Risk Red matches from sample to bulk. Wash Care Communication for end consumer: Machine wash cold to warm (30–40°C) with mild detergent, inside out. Do not bleach. Wash dark colours separately for the first few cycles. Tumble dry low or line dry in shade. Avoid ironing directly on prints or embellishments. Dry cleaning is not required for normal use.
