This Kids Regular T-shirt pairs a two-tone Mustard Yellow and White layout with breathable cotton single jersey to deliver a clean, uniform look across size runs. We grade the block in CAD and plot patterns before laying and manually cutting, enabling tight control over symmetry—especially important where contrasting panels meet. Rib necklines are prepared on dedicated rib cutting and roll machines to stabilise the collar and maintain shape through wear and wash.
Assembly is configured on our Japanese Juki and Kansai lines: 4- or 5-thread overlock secures side and shoulder seams, lockstitch provides neat joinery, and coverstitching sets hems that sit flat and move with the knit. Continuous in-line checks by a dedicated team catch issues early, reducing waste and ensuring consistent seam quality. End-to-end control—yarn sourcing, knitting, controlled dyeing, and washing—supports shade continuity so the Mustard Yellow reads even against the White panel from sample to bulk, and the smooth jersey face remains ready for chest or sleeve branding via print or embroidery. This integrated approach allows us to execute small white-label runs or scale with repeatable results using the same construction settings and tested performas.
Wash Care Communication for end consumer: Machine wash cold to warm (30–40°C) with mild detergent, inside out. Wash bright/dark colors separately for initial cycles. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or line dry in shade. Avoid ironing directly on prints or embellishments. Dry cleaning is not required for normal use.
