Making patterns typically takes considerable time & effort from our end, so we usually prefer long term manufacturing contracts for the pattern derived products to absorb the cost over the product life-cycle. However, in case we do not have such arrangements we charge a flat design charge for the same

How to go about developing my own custom pattern or change the fitting?

To make a custom products or customize the fitting ie the size chart, we typically need two things, a rough size chart. If you are creating products which extend, replicate or build on existing garments, sending us the physical samples of the garments can also really help speed up the process. For example if you really like the fit or design of a particular brand, you can send us that product, its size chart & communicate any customizations in that and we can do the same for you.

What are the typical lead times for cutting & for pattern-making?

Depending on the complexity of the pattern & the number of size gradings in the design, making a performa takes anywhere between 2-3 Days maximum. However, this is a consultative process where customers often test the garments and come back with multiple iterations & feedback which typically takes the effective time to 9 - 11 Days based on our past experience as customers usually do 2-3 Rounds of adjustments often.
