What are the costs for embroidery or applique?

The costs for embroidery depend entirely on the design, you can use the cost calculator for an estimate. Please note, in case you do not have a EMB/DST File for the same, we charge a one time design charge to make the same for you. With regards to patches and applique, the cost of the trims is charged separately while the costs for the applique will be incorporated into your garment price itself.

What is the minimum order quantity for embroidery and applique services?

The minimum order quantity for embroidery and applique services depends on the complexity of the design and the size of the garment. While a range can be anywhere between 100-250 PCs, we never do embroidery below 100 PCs Per Design. When talking about design it is one artwork, with the same thread combination in 100 PCs. However, you can get different base colours if the design stays the same.

Embroidery

Equipped with modern multi-head machines capable of producing a wide range of stitch types, including satin, tatami and other standard decorative stitches. We use professional digitizing software such as Wilcom to ensure accurate stitch mapping and clean execution. We accept compatible design files in EMB and DST formats, with EMB preferred for optimal accuracy. Our design team can also help create embroidery artwork for you if you have sufficient vector files or high quality PNG Files for the same. Our embroidery capacity is approximately 10 lakh stitches per day, allowing us to support both sampling and bulk production efficiently.Embroidery and appliqué are important value-addition processes that enhance the aesthetics and identity of a garment. Appliqué

We also offer appliqué work, including fabric-on-fabric appliqué and patch attachment. With specialized machines such as Kansai units, we can execute secure, clean appliqué finishes. Clients may also supply their own trims or patches, which can be incorporated into the garment based on the design requirements.

FAQs

To begin embroidery, we need two things, a techpack (a file that outlines placement, colour & other design requirements) and artwork (DST/EMB File). In case you do not have the artwork, we can work with a high quality vector file & make the file for you, that will take roughly 2-3 Days. Once the artwork is ready and set, we first make a sample and send that to you physically, which takes 1-2 Days, after which once approved, we do the production.
