How to order DTF Prints from you? What is the order process?

For DTF Printing, we need two things, a tech-pack (a document detailing placement, garment & other details) and a high-quality PNG. Once your order is confirmed and PNG Verified, we make the raw prints (Films) as per your order quantity, we do not print a single film for approval but rather print them all at once, then before fusing, we take approvals for placement & then fuse the same after approval. It is important to note that films are printed after the order is confirmed so the PNG needs to be verified by you alongside the width before you place the order. Do DTF prints last a long time?

Direct-To-Film (DTF) printing is generally considered durable especially when compared to some other digital printing methods and lasts upto 30-60 washes, during normal usage. However, the durability of DTF prints can depend on several factors, including the quality of the materials used, the printing process, and how the printed items are cared for. What is the minimum order quantity & lead times for DTF Printing?

For general orders, our MOQ is 20 PCs Per Design for DTF. However, at a higher cost of Rs. 1.25 to Rs. 5 Per SQ In (or Rs. 30 whichever is higher), we can print DTF on any quantity. With regards to Lead times, we can print & fuse around 400-500 PCs Per Day, however from order confirmation to finish typical orders take 2-4 Days.

How much does DTF printing cost?

We charge you 80 paisa per square inch for a DTF sticker, regardless of colours in your design. However, we do not charge anything for fusing the design to your beloved apparel. You can use the DTF Cost calculator on this page to estimate design cost by uploading your design & selecting the width.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) and vinyl printing are versatile decoration methods used for multicolour graphics, and detailed artwork. Our DTF system supports a print width of up to 22 inches, allowing both small and medium-format designs. We provide end-to-end garment printing only and do not sell DTF rolls separately. After printing, transfers are applied using our automatic heat-press machines at controlled temperature and pressure, typically around 15 seconds, ensuring proper adhesion and finish.

DTF delivers exceptional colour range and design flexibility, making it suitable complex illustrations at low MOQs. However, like all film-based transfer technologies, DTF has a shorter lifespan than traditional screen printing, particularly on high-abrasion zones. It also has limitations with very fine or extremely small details, which may not hold up as well over time. When produced and fused correctly, DTF offers reliable performance for everyday wear, but it is best chosen for designs prioritizing colour richness and versatility over maximum durability.

Vinyl Printing

For solid-colour graphics, names, numbers and crisp shapes, we also offer vinyl printing using high-quality cuttable films. Vinyl provides a smooth, uniform finish and is ideal for small batches, customisation, and sporty aesthetics. We have some special vinyl rolls such as Puff Vinyl Rolls, Golden Vinyls, Glow In Dark Vinyls and more which can be custom crafted to your choosing on orders.

Silicon Printing

Silicon Patches can also be made and fused on garments, they are the best alternative to using DTF, which might not work well in case of small letterings, silicon patches & stickers are made in bulk, we do not manufacturer those but can procure them for you.

Ensuring Quality and Consistency

Both DTF and vinyl applications are monitored for colour accuracy, alignment and wash resistance. Each print undergoes controlled fusing conditions to achieve strong adhesion and consistent finish across production runs.

Silicon Prints need to be made in bulk, typically 500-750 Units Per Design, they can be stored and used later like Vinyl Prints. They cost usually Rs. 5 - 8 Per Square Inch. For Vinyl Printing, the MOQs are 100 PCs Per Design and cost Rs. 2 - 3 Per Square Inch. Lead times for both are typically 2 - 3 Weeks.
